Ultra fast, ultra precise and exceptionally energy efficient, induction cooking has been popular with professional chefs for decades. It works by creating a potent magnetic field that generates heat in the pan, not the cooktop, resulting in perfectly distributed heat and total control.
The Wolf 381mm induction cooktop allows for integration with multiple cooktop modules from the Wolf range. It features two high-efficiency induction elements delivering power and control with a True Simmer setting on the rear element and a Melt setting on the front element.
